What is a VIP Design Day?
Our VIP Design Day is an intensive, 8-hour collaboration where we focus solely on your project to deliver a stunning website. Whether you need a polished landing page, a simple 3-5 page website, or want to redesign your existing site, this service is designed to meet your goals at rapid-fire pace without compromising quality or style.

What's Included:
A deep dive questionnaire tailored to your project, and our availability to guide you.
A 60-minute strategy call via Zoom before your design day to establish our game plan.
A day booked exclusively for you for up to 8 hours while we're working on your project.
30 days of post-launch email support for any additional questions.
Design Fee:
$2,000 flat design fee* for an 8-hour intensive session. A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure your spot on our design calendar.
* Note: the cost of website hosting, domain and a premium plan are not included. We'll provide guidance on getting this set up.

PREPARATION
Prior to the scheduled day, we'll provide you with a detailed questionnaire to gather all of the pertinent details for your project.

STRATEGY SESSION
We'll have an one hour in-depth strategy session via Zoom to understand your objectives, preferences, and the specific outcomes you want from your VIP Design Day.

DESIGN DAY
On design day, we'll dedicate 8 hours to your project, keeping in close contact throughout the day to get feedback, make revisions and ensure the results align perfectly with your goals.

LAUNCH + SUPPORT
We'll get your website launched and provide support to make sure all works seamlessly. We'll also provide a follow-up session to address and answer any questions.

How soon can we start?Typically, I’m booked out a few weeks in advance so you’ll want to get your spot reserved as soon as possible. This will give you time to complete your design questionnaire and gather everything I'll need from you before your design day.

What if we run over time?Depending on your goals and the size of your project, I may recommend going with our Demi Design option. If it looks like we may only run over a couple of hours, additional time can be purchased at $200 hr. which I will invoice you for.

What can we do in one day?I can design a landing page, a simple, but upscale website of up to 5 pages, redesign of your existing website, or customize a Wix template of your choice. This is provided you have all the copy and photos ready to go (assuming you want to use your own photos). As a designer with over 8 years experience, I know how to manage a project and use my design expertise to get amazing results for my clients!

How does payment work?50% deposit is required to secure your design day on my calendar. The remainder 50% is due on project completion. I'll send you an invoice that's payable via credit card. If you need to use another form of payment, we can discuss that.

What platform do you use?As an Official Wix Legend Partner, I design exclusively on the Wix platform. I find that I can get incredible design results, and it's a platform that my clients can easily manage on their own. It also comes with a full dashboard of tools that can be used to streamline your business (I'll be giving you the full overview).

What is your refund policy?Due to the amount of engagement, review rounds and revisions during this process, once work has started, there are no refunds. It is my goal to make sure you're 100% thrilled with your website!
